This apartment of Casa Falcade is on the first floor of a building with many accommodations.It has a living room with cooking corner and double sofa bed, a wide double bedroom, a bedroom with bunk bed, bathroom with shower.
There are also 4 small balconies: one from the bedroom overlooking the park, one from the living room and two from the double bedroom.
Large parking space behind the house.
On the ground floor there is a common ski deposit, useful in winter to store skis and boots at the end of an amazing day on the slopes.

Trilo 4/6: 120 EUR
Quadrillo: 140 EUR
- Tourist tax: 1 EUR/day/person from 12 years of age.
- Deposit: €150/apartment in cash (at departure if the apartment/inventory is not damaged you get it back).
Cooking area must be leave clean, otherwise the final cleaning will cost € 25 more.
- Baby cot: available on request at the moment of the reservation; cost 30 EUR per week. It can be costless brought by the clients upon notice (it is possible to put in a every apartment)
- Extra bed: available on request at the moment of the reservation: 12 EUR/day
- Tourist tax: 0,50 EUR per person per night, children until 12 years don't pay.
