Ski resort Bad Kleinkirchheim: The Austrian ski resort has direct access to 100 km of downhill skiing, with 32 individual pistes, served by 27 ski lifts. With skiing above 2000 meters, snow cover is generally reliable.

There are 4 houses with apartments, situated next to the slopes and ski-lifts, at the starting point of beautiful hiking trails. Centre of Bad Kleinkirchheim with the Therme St. Kathrein and shops is about 600 meters distant.Description:
Apartment for 2-4 person, typ C (52 m2): vestibule, living/bedroom with two couches, WC, bath, bedroom/double bed, living/dining room, kitchen, balcony or terrace.
Apartment for 4-6 person, typ D (63 m2): vestibule, living/bedroom with two couches, WC, bath, bedroom with two separated beds, bedroom/double bed, living/dining room, kitchen, balcony or terrace.
Apartment for 5-7 person, typ E ( 62 m2): vestibule, kitchen, bedroom with double bed and one couch, living/dining room with pull-out double couch, WC, bath/WC, bedroom with bunk beds ,balcony or terrace.
All apartments are equipped with central heating, telephone and Cable-TV.
HOTEL OFFERS:
Houses are situated next to the slopes and ski-lifts, at the starting point of beautiful hiking trails. A ski school and a ski kindergarten are situated close to our houses. The centre of Bad Kleinkirchheim with the Therme St. Kathrein and shops is about 600 meters distant. All apartments are equipped with central heating, telephone and Cable-TV. Kitchens are supplied with all utensils, dish washer, microwave, coffee machine and water boiler. Bed-linen and towels are included in the rent. A fitness room are available on premises and there is a private car park at each house. Washer and dryer are supplied for all our guests in house Maibrunnenweg 38. The bakery brings your breakfast breads to our houses.

The apartments Typ C are situated in houses Maibrunnenweg 34 and 36. Apartment type C has between 49m2 and 54m2.Apartment type C is qualified for 2 - 4 persons. Living/dining room can be seperated from living/bedroom by a sliding door.

The 6 appartements type E are situated in house Maibrunnenweg 38. Appartement Typ E has 64m²Apartment type E is qualified for 4 - 6 persons and has 2 bedrooms, a bath /WC and additional 1 separate WC.
