Price includes:
- Fully equipped kitchen: combination microwave oven, glass ceramic hob, toaster, kettle, crockery, cutlery, pans, Nespresso coffee machine, safe
- Underfloor heating throughout the apartment
- Includes Nespresso capsules, sugar, salt, pepper, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing detergent, dish cloth, microfiber cloth, toilet paper, shower gel.
(If these items run out, you will need to purchase replacements yourself during your stay as we do not offer a refill service!)
- Bed linen per person, towels per person
- Bathroom with shower/toilet combination, towel warmer, hair dryer
- No air conditioning for environmental reasons, fresh air through open windows. A fan is available for an additional fee (20 EUR).
- Two dryers and two washing machines free of charge. Detergent is not available. Vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board (useable only in the laundry).
- Free parking (until spaces are occupied). Do not park near charging stations for electric cars.

- Deposit: EUR 500/apartment, payment upon check-in in cash or by credit card. Refund on departure if no damage is found. Credit card refunds can take up to 6 weeks to appear in your account.
You must leave the apartment tidy and all windows closed.
Please arrive 30 minutes before departure for the joint tour and refund of the deposit.
The outdoor pool is free, in summer it is open 24/7, and in winter only from 15:00 - 19:00.
